My healing journey began as a preteen at Kripalu’s 'Coming of Age Camp' in the Berkshire Mountains, where I first stepped onto a yoga mat and discovered the profound connection between movement, self-awareness, and healing. That early experience planted the seeds for what would eventually become my life’s work.
During my twenties, I backpacked through ten countries, exploring diverse cultures and healing traditions. In 2016, I returned to Kripalu to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training, deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of presence, compassion, and community.
My path later led me to Wyoming, where I taught yoga and worked as a hiking guide at the world-renowned Brush Creek Ranch. Drawn by a lifelong interest in yoga philosophy and Eastern traditions, I later solo traveled through India, a deeply transformative and spiritual experience that expanded my understanding of healing and left an enduring imprint on the way I move through the world and serve others.
After returning to the Pioneer Valley, I graduated from The Massage School in Easthampton, Massachusetts, in 2019 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Since then, I have continued to expand my training, becoming a Reiki Master—the highest level of Reiki practitioner training—and pursuing advanced studies in Thai Yoga Massage, cupping therapy, and restorative yoga.
My work is also informed by personal experience. After many years of navigating chronic pain, anxiety, and eventually receiving a diagnosis of endometriosis, I came to understand how deeply our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are connected. Motherhood has further deepened this understanding, strengthening my belief that healing is rarely linear and that compassion and support are essential along the way.
Today, through Mystic Mama Healing, I offer massage therapy, yoga, Reiki, and holistic bodywork with deep reverence for the wisdom of the body and each person’s unique path. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, I strive to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
I remain a lifelong student of this work and am deeply grateful to the many clients who have also been my teachers. I believe that personal healing is collective medicine, and it is an honor to walk alongside others on their journeys. Rooted in wellness, guided by intuition, and led by love, my work is grounded in the belief that healing is both deeply personal and profoundly interconnected.
